Red Norland Potatoes
When we run out of our stored potato crop, we don't buy them in the store....we wait for our first early harvest of Red Norlands. These fabulous potatoes are good grilled, boiled, mashed, hashed, or baked, or turned into a lovely salad made with creamy mayonnaise, fresh garlic, onions, and chopped cucumbers.
Iced Chai
Our freshly brewed chai uses ingredients that are organic, fairly traded, and often directly bought from a Sri Lhankan vendor. We make it fresh for every market, and even use fresh ginger from Hawaii. It is served with organic milk, or almond milk, based on your pleasure.
