These are for sale at the Chinkapin Hill Forest Farms booth at the Blacksburg Farmer's Market on Saturdays from 8 until 2 (until November then it is 9-2).
They are also soaking in vinegar as I write to be made into the best Hot Sauce ever. They are also drying in the oven to be made into pepper flakes.
The Chai Guy also grows AWESOME garlic (see how big it is!)...
